On October 7, 2024, Vital Energy, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing plans to host a conference call on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 7:30 am Central Time to discuss its financial and operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. A copy of the Company's press release has been furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
